Call for Abstracts: Postgraduate Forum at APICA 2025

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the inclusion of a Postgraduate Forum as part of the combined 11^th Asia Pacific International Congress of Anatomists (APICA) and 39^th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences (CSAS), which will take place from August 8-11, 2025, in the vibrant city of Guangzhou, China.

The theme of APICA 2025 is "Proceed", symbolizing our commitment to advancing friendships and collaborations within the anatomical sciences community. As part of this exciting event, we invite postgraduate students to share their researches through oral presentation or poster. This forum offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with leading experts, receive valuable feedback, and contribute to the scientific discussions that will shape the future of anatomy.

Important Dates:

l Abstract Submission Deadline: April 30, 2025

l Notification of Acceptance: Approximately 4 weeks after the end of the abstract submission.

Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts must be submitted via the abstract portal by the deadline.

l The text should be single-spaced, not indented, and limited to 250 words or less (excluding title, authors, affiliations, keywords, and ethical approval & funding statement).

l Abstracts should include four sections: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

l Please provide 3 to 5 relevant keywords in alphabetical order.

l Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines regarding experiments involving living animals or human subjects.

To submit your abstract, please visit the official website https://apica2025.tiemeeting.com/EN and follow the instructions for uploading your document. Make sure your file name follows the required format (e.g., SmithAB_APICA2025_Abstract_Podium.docx).
